Research/Current Projects My PhD is about capturing and conveying tacit knowledge (things we know how to do but do not know how to explain in words) in printmaking processes. The research has covered how we can document important information which has not always been given much value in the past. Exploring how people adjust and adapt to changing environmental conditions is useful for being able to articulate and understand how others perform complex tasks. In Oct 2023 I started working with Oxford University on a printmaking project responding to their collection of rare 15 and 16C printed books for Dante's Commedia. This will take the form of a contemporary response to the printed and written texts.
