Program Coordinator, Prints & Drawings (Part-time)

The part-time Program Coordinator assists with administrative duties and tasks related to the planning and implementation of a five-day traveling seminar for curators featuring the museum print collections and printmaking workshops of Los Angeles.

Some responsibilities include: prepares and submits call for applications; manages review process and notify selected participants; coordinates with partner hosts (museums and printmaking workshops) to finalize the itinerary; coordinates participant travel arrangements; organizes catering and ground transportation; monitors and tracks program budget; collects participant surveys for a formal evaluation and works with Development to submit grant report; performs all other duties, as assigned; maintains regular and reliable attendance.

The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Studio Art, Art Education, or Art History and at least two years of administrative experience, including experience organizing programs and/or events.
