Peruvian Artist Residency and Tour with Master Printmaker Dan Welden
Price: $1,650.00 per person in double accommodation (does not include international airfare)

At the world famous “Escuela de Bellas Artes” (School of Fine Arts) in the city of Cusco, Peru
Price not included in tour: $650 plus $75 studio fee
Selected artists (after application) chosen to be part of this 5 day residency will have the option of working on any two dimensional technique. Printmaking, Painting, Drawing or Photography. Once selected for the program, artists will attend the Escuela de Bellas Artes for 5 days. Beginning with the hanging of an exhibition of three works each, participants can then proceed to work on their own images for the remainder of the week. Daily demonstrations and/or art talks will also be offered.
The residency will take place in the wonderful clean school gallery and participants can choose their independent direction of work. There are no materials or supplies available and therefore everything must be brought, including a portfolio to help transport your work home. With the energies of 6 selected Peruvian artists joining us, we can share our energies and develop positive directions with our work.
