Research/Current Projects As Aaron Siskind Curator of Photography and Director of the Raysor Center for Works on Paper at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, I lead the photography program at VMFA and oversee the stewardship of the institution's extensive works on paper collections, including the planned construction of a new study center, conservation lab, matting/framing studio and works on paper and photography storage. In 2024, VMFA received an NEH grant to catalog and digitize the Frank Raysor collection of works on paper, which encompasses more than 7000 works made in Europe and American between the late 15th and 20th centuries.
