Research/Current Projects   Born in Israel in 1959, Hofshi has been internationally recognized as a printmaker and installation artist.   Hofshi is constantly pre-occupied with the human condition, researching both historical and current perspectives, while questioning humans’ place, significance and role. Through her art, she seeks commonalities of experience that transcend nationalism and sectarianism.  

Hofshi has exhibited internationally including: The Israel Museum, Jerusalem; Tel Aviv Museum of Art; Herzliya Museum of Contemporary Art; The Reichstag Kunstsammlung im Deutscen Bundestag, art Collection of the German Bundestag, Berlin; Danubiana Art Museum, Bratislava; Philagrafika 2010: “The Graphic Unconscious” PAFA Arts Museum; The Print Center, Philadelphia; The Royal Academy of Arts Museum, London; List Gallery, Swarthmore College, PA; and the International Print Center, NY
