Gemini G.E.L., an internationally renowned artists’ workshop and Contemporary fine art publisher and art gallery located in West Hollywood is seeking a highly-skilled and hardworking administrative assistant for the company’s senior executives. For over 56 years, Gemini has collaborated with the most accomplished artists of our time and the limited-edition artworks produced are in the most prestigious private and public collections worldwide. This job requires accuracy, meticulous attention to detail and superlative administrative skills. The candidate must be a good communicator, well organized, diligent and proactive. The job has many exciting aspects, and would be great for a collaborative person who loves a creative environment. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm. We are a company that is 100% covid-vaccinated and is a requirement for any candidate, subject to reasonable accommodations specified by law.

Primary Responsibilities:
*Create and manage communication for senior executives.
*Organize, prioritize and follow-up incoming matters, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature, and determine the appropriate course of action or response based upon consultation with immediate supervisor.
*Liaising with external parties including artists’ studios and their galleries
*Significant involvement in the company photographic archive, including photo-printing, photo-editing and managing rights and reproductions.
*Data entry for an online archive/catalogue raisonné
*Maintain and prepare a variety of inventory reports, including data entry predominantly via Excel

*Minimum 2 years of experience in executive support.
*Excellent organizational abilities and a pro-active approach to following up on tasks.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel,; Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. Experience with Adobe Indesign, Filemaker, Artsystems and Microsoft Access preferred.
